Competing and Practicing Physio at the European Masters Games in Nice 2015

I'm just back from the European Masters Games in Nice (South of France), where I participated as an athlete and a physiotherapist at the same time. The main experience was competing when I have only just recovered from a serious injury to my rib. Although not performing at my best, it gave me personal experience of how my patients feel when they are injured or just returned from a period without training.

Otherwise the Nice 2015 games were great and spending time and travelling across the French Riviera made it a beautiful sporty holiday.
